The Vegetable Stir-Fry

I would love to say that I am going to give you a complicated stir fry, which is straight from a random Asian long lost cousin, but sadly I don’t. However it is an easy cheat meal which takes little to no time at all.

The easiest way of doing this meal is at all supermarkets these days they do stir fry kits. In which you can buy the sauce the noodles and the vegetables for around £3, varying on shop to shop. What this offers is a very tasty meal that takes no time at all. Also it is unlikely if eating on your own you shall eat it all, so you can save some for the next days lunch. Again saving money for the more important things in life, such as a cheeky pint down the pub.

How to cook it.

To cook it is pretty self-explanatory, you fry the noodles off then throw in the vegetables then finally add the sauce. A tip I find is that once I’ve used the sauce, I pour a little bit more water into the packet and mix it up and pour it into the dis. Doing so just makes it stretch that tiny bit further. You can of course add meat to the meal, just cook it off before hand and then add to the noodles.
