Brit-nominated trio Disciples have just released the music video for their first single of the year, ‘On My Mind’.
The song has already received plenty of praise as it topped BBC Radio 1’s dance chart and has almost accumulated over 2.5 million spotify plays since February.
‘On My Mind’ was filmed at London’s illustrious music venue Ministry of Sound and features the trio preparing for their live set. Duvall’s rich vocals, layered with a riveting bassline and a catchy hook truly distinguish their signature sound. The new record is a convincing demonstration of Disciples talent in music production and is only set to build on the success of their previous singles.
Disciples are an English production team made up of Nathan Vincent Duvall, Gavin Koolman and Luke McDermott based in South London. They broke onto the UK music scene two years ago with their first major hit ‘They Don’t Know’. Released in February 2015, it was picked as track of the day on Radio 1 programme essential mix. But their fame and fan base really rocketed when they joined forces with one of the worlds biggest DJ’s Calvin Harris to produce the deep house song ‘How Deep Is Your Love’. The hit single was majorly successful, reaching the top-ten in 22 countries, including number two on the UK singles chart. The music video also won Best Electronic Video on the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards.
