Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes are touring this November! With the release of their much anticipated album Modern Ruin, the band has unveiled an enthralling music video for the single Lullaby.

The band that has been together since 2015 and Carter – the former frontman of Pure Love and Gallows – says that the intention for Lullaby is “…to try and bring to life all the panic and terror that is born from the delirium of sleep deprivation.”

With its perfect timing for Halloween, the music video showcases haunting images of Carter switching between nightmarish realms whilst sleep escapes him. Whereas the introduction scene is peaceful with Carter seemingly about to slip into a restful sleep, the sudden hit of guitars jolts the listener to an alertness – almost like waking from a nightmare. Despite the terrifying concept, Carter’s vocals meld well with the general sound of the track and manage to keep a softness to it that you’d expect from an actual lullaby.

The shows across the UK are nearly all sold out and the tour for the band boasts some popular venues stretching from Manchester to Brighton.
