Since 30th September, the International Space Station has been live streaming their view of the Earth from space. Travelling at 17,500 miles per hour, thousands of people are tuning at a time to watch the beauty of our pale blue dot from the station.

Along with the live stream, NASA have opened a page ‘spotthestation’ in which observers can find out when they can see the space station from their location, from which direction and for how long. The page can be found below for full details, the sightings from Southampton are possible from Friday Oct 7, 2016 through Saturday Oct 22, 2016.
